Meet the Family
Dr. Dan Satchell – Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician, Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Dan Satchell has proudly served Belgrade, Montana and the surrounding communities since December 1991. He and his wife, Katy, owned Spine and Sports Chiropractic for 32 years before selling the practice in January 2025 to their son and daughter-in-law, Drs. Kole and C’Aira Satchell. Dr. Dan continues to see patients five days a week.
For two decades, Dr. Dan volunteered as the team chiropractor for Belgrade High School. He has also mentored 15+ chiropractic interns during their final semesters. A long-standing member of the Montana Chiropractic Association, he served three terms on the state board and was honored by his peers as Montana Chiropractor of the Year in 2022.
Dr. Dan earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, and previously attended Montana State University, where he remains an enthusiastic Bobcat Booster. He is also a member of the American Chiropractic Association.

Dr. Kole Satchell – Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Kole is a Gallatin Valley native who has spent his whole life in and around a chiropractic office. He graduated from Belgrade High School in 2012 where he played a variety of sports and enjoyed the vast outdoors Big Sky Country has to offer. Dr. Kole studied exercise science at Montana State University before attaining his Doctorate of Chiropractic at the University of Western States In Portland, Oregon. During his time in Oregon, he obtained his credentialing in the upper extremity and full spine Active Release Technique. He plans on being full-body certified within the next year.
Since moving back to the valley, his passion has grown to improve the health of his community through educating his patients, using hands-on manual therapy techniques, and implementing individual rehabilitation.
Dr. C’aira Satchell – Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. C’Aira Satchell was born in Tucson, Arizona but has spent much of her life living in Montana. She graduated from Three Forks High School in 2013 where she did cheerleading. Dr. C’Aira studied Exercise Science at Montana State University before attaining her Doctorate in Chiropractic at the University of Western States in Portland Oregon in 2020.
Dr. C’Aira is so happy to be living back in the Gallatin Valley where she enjoys hiking the local trails. She is extremely grateful for the opportunity to help the community she grew up in maintain their health through patient education, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation exercises.
