Dr. Satchell is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and has been practicing in Belgrade, MT., since December 1991. After growing up in Nebraska he attended Montana State University for undergraduate studies and is a Bobcat booster and supporter. He recently completed full body certification in Active Release Technique. He has been practicing in Belgrade Mt since receiving his Diplomate in Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Science University in 1991.

Dr. Satchell and his wife Katy have owned and operated Spine and Sports Chiropractic since 1992 

He believes Chiropractic is a constantly improving treatment option for not only back pain but the whole skeletal system. Being a Chiropractor with advanced training as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician and full body certified in Active Release Technique keeps him up to date to provide diagnosis and treatment for conditions like a strain to the spine, a disc injury, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, tension and migraine headaches and other common heath conditions.

Family hobbies include golfing, hunting, hiking and fly fishing and enjoying and active lifestyle.
